Mujra and Desi Dance Videos

In response to a Rs100 million claim of Veena Malik, FHM India has counter sued the actor with a claim of Rs250 million. 

In addition, FHM claims that it was Veena, who had approached the magazine to do the "very sexy, bold and in-your-face shoot." It claims, Veena, via photographer Mr Vishal Saxena, contacted the magazine in October 2011 to do the cover shot. In the notice sent to Veena Malik, FHM has claimed a damage worth Rs. 250 million and asked her to apologize for fabricating false claims against the magazine.

Earlier, Veena Malik had send a legal notice to the publisher for ‘morphing her photos’ to look like she had posed nude for the magazine’s December issue cover. The magazine has denied the claim and has told that they have a video of the event to prove she had posed nude for the photo session.

The scandal started when the magazine revealed the December edition cover featuring Veena without any cloth and an ISI tattoo on her arm. Later, another version of the cover is being featured in the magazine website in which, Veena is wearing hot pants and a broad belt and no clothes on the upper parts of her body (image).

Pakistani actress Veena Malik who was featured nude in Indian men’s magazine, FHM’s December edition cover accused the publisher for doctoring the photo to make it appear nude.

Malik’s lawyer, Ayaz Bilawala, told that he has sent a notice to the magazine about the legal challenge. He also told that he is filing papers in the Mumbai High Court and demanding the magazine to be removed from newsstands. The law suit is also seeking Rs. 100 million as a damage compensation.

FHM India editor Kabeer Sharma confirmed that he had received the legal notice from Malik’s lawyer.

The cover had caused protest against her in Pakistan calling it a shame for all Muslims.

Mahesh Bhatt loves controversy and goes an extra mile to sensualize his movies. Now, it is time to sign in Sunny Leone in his movies. Bhatt offered a role to the actress in his upcoming movie ‘Jism2′. Jism 2 is a sequel of movie ‘Jism’ released in 2003. The movie was a box office success establishing John Abraham and Bipasha Basu in Bollywood. Bhatt told that he had approached Bipasha Basu and Mallika Sherawat for the role but the things didn’t work out well.

Sunny Leone’s entry in Bigg Boss 5 has opened a number of different avenues to the actress of not-so-decent reputation in India. There was an announcement Vivid Entertainment to produce a movie based on Bigg Boss 5 to tap the Indian market of adult movies.

In his twitter message, Karan Johar confirmed a rumor that Katrina Kaif is going to do another hot item dance in Agneepath.

Katrina kaif is doing a full on item song in AGNEEPATH….its a total swinging number called CHIKNI CHAMELI….we shoot it in a week!!.

A remake of a 1990 movie by the same name, ‘Agneepath’ is being directed by Karan Johar’s  former assistant, Karan Malhotra. The 1990′s original movie starring Amitabh Bachchan, Mithun Chakraborty, Madhavi, and Danny Dengzongpa  was directed by Mukul Anand and produced by Karan Johar’s father Yash Johar.

The new ‘Agneepath’ scheduled to be released on January 26, 2012 stars Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra in leading roles. Actors Rishi Kapoor with Sanjay Dutt also have special roles in the movie.

Pakistani actress Veena Malik’s photo on the cover of an Indian magazine with the initials of the country’s powerful intelligence agency, ISI, tattooed on her arm has triggered fury across the country.

The Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI) has been accused by India of sponsoring terrorist attacks in India. It has only been a few months since United States officials had accused ISI of supporting the mountainous region on the border with Afghanistan based insurgents.

Sunny Leone the popular adult movie industry star of Indian origin is being featured in Indian TV’s reality show Bigg Boss. Sunny Leone is featured in the show as ‘Miss Namkeen’ and she uses her seduction style to seduce Amar Upadhyay and Akashdeep Saigal in the episode telecasted on Wednesday.

The California-based Indian girl, Sunny Leone, is given a new task in Bigg Boss. Sunny would dance to a particular Bollywood number and provide amusement to her housemates daily before bedtime.  Pooja Mishra is also appointed as her aide in preparing for the dance show.

A new musical, "Wah! Wah! Girls" is scheduled to premiere at the Sadler’s Wells, Peacock Theatre with theme “East London meets Bollywood” from 24 May to 23 June 2012. This will mark the the first collaboration between Sadler’s Wells, Stratford East and Kneehigh.

The musical is Written by acclaimed playwright Tanika Gupta (Fragile Land, Sugar Mummies fame) and is directed by  award-winning director Emma Rice.

According to the current trend in Hindi movies, an item dances (the more the merrier) is almost a must to appeal to the public. There used to be item dances in old movies but not as frequent. The old age audience was more comfortable with the dances in garden and forests.

In 80s and 90s some spicy disco dances marked the influence of west. The term item girl should have been coined at that time. But, the audience was more comfortable with the the Indian version of item dance, Mujra. Mujra had been appearing the audience from the start to the current time – the latest being the one by Kareena Kapoor in Agent Vinod.

A lot of Hindi movies have featured beautiful mujra dances with lovely lyrics, and heart-touching music. Couple with great dance by some of the best dancing actress of Hindi film, these Mujra dances have been evergreen in Hindi film. Let’s go back to the memory lane to list some of the Mujra dances.
